East Bridgewater Police and East Bridgewater Fire Departments help bring fun and awarness to CPR and AEDs during the month of October. The East Bridgewater Fire Department hosted an open house from 11 am-2 pm today. There is fire apparatus and police equipment on display for the public to come and see. The Fire Department had refreshments and a bouncy house for the kids in addition to the “house fire” where the kids use a hose to put out the fire. East Bridgewater Police held a car seat check point from 10 am to noon. This was to check for properly installed car seats. This service is also available most days and evenings at the police department. Members of East Bridgewater HOPE are available with information on Substance Use Disorder and on Narcan use and training.
