East Bridgewater-East Bridgewater Police Officers were back out at the Middle and Central Schools this morning, welcoming all the students coming into the buildings with their celebratory “Fist Bumps.” Fist Bump Fridays originated last spring and were well received by all as a great way for the police department to have positive interactions at the school with students and staff alike. Many parents dropping their children off were taking pictures of their children fist bumping the officers this morning.
School Resource Officer Mark Harvey, Assistant SRO Talitha Connor, Chief of Police Scott Allen and Officer Michael Curtin greeted the students this morning alongside the school’s administration and staff.
