No Solicitation Registration

The Town of East Bridgewater has established a No Solicitation List for residents who do not wish to receive door-to-door solicitation at their residence.

Residents who enroll in the No Solicitation List will have their address provided to approved solicitors so they may avoid contacting homes where solicitation is not welcome.

Please complete the information below and return this form to the East Bridgewater Police Department. Residents must stop by the police station to receive a NO SOLICITING LIST sticker for your door(s).

By filling out the below form, you request to be placed on the Town of East Bridgewater No Solicitation List and understand that:

• Approved solicitors will be provided with the list of addresses enrolled in the No Solicitation List.
• Inclusion on the list does not prevent emergency personnel, utility companies, package delivery services, political campaigns, religious organizations, youth organizations, or other exempt groups from contacting your residence.
• Organizations such as Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, school fundraisers, and political or campaign organizations are exempt from the Town’s door-to-door solicitation by-law.
• Residents may also post “No Soliciting” signs on their property.
• It is your responsibility to notify the Town if you wish to remove your address from the list or if you move.
